What Is It?
The Four Stops is a four-week course designed to help you get over previous disappointments and to help you understand how to avoid disappointment in the future. All disappointment is rooted in the lack of acceptance, and though we may have continuously heard throughout our lives that we need to learn to accept things and people for what and who they are, it is hardly ever explained to us how to do so. This course is a simple tool designed to help you begin and strengthen your practice of acceptance.
What Can I Expect?
You will receive access to one lesson per week for one month. By the end of the course, you will learn how to stop setting yourself up for disappointment, which in turn, lessens your overall suffering.
